Main Responsibilities
• Participate in the formation, development, negotiation and legal documentation of significant business projects and agreements
• Monitor legal developments in the region, initiating appropriate action as required.
• Co-ordinate corporate matters
• Secure company activities from legal point of view in co-operation with other legal advisors of Lukoil.
Pre-requisites
• Experience in the field of Cyprus Legislation
• Master Degree in Law
• Knowledge of the Greek and English language. Knowledge of the Russian language will be considered as an additional benefit
• Negotiation skills
