Core Banking Systems Administrator for its subsidiary Bank in Moscow

Hellenic Bank Group Public Company Ltd, is looking to employ a Core Banking Systems Administrator for its subsidiary Bank in Moscow, Russia.

Job Description

• Qualitative maintenance of the Core Banking System, Business users support. 
• Design/parameterise of Core Banking Systems to satisfy business needs. 
• Information Analysis, Planning/Creation of reports or ad hoc queries from the Core Banking System to satisfy the requirements set by organizational units, or by other legal or regulatory authorities. 
• Support/troubleshoot existing interfaces to the Core Banking System (e.g. Internet Banking) support/enhance existing functionality, Analysis/Design/Implementation of new Interfaces to other peripheral systems. 
• Be aware of the latest developments in Information Technology area, follow up-implement Russian Central Bank regulatory commitments related with Information Technology Infrastructure/Systems. 
• Core Banking System Database Administration 
• Communication with the Core Banking System Vendor to plan the implementation of software upgrades and possible functionality enhancements. 

Required Qualifications

• University Degree – preferably from a Russian University - in at least one of the following areas or combination of areas: Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering 
• Fluent written and verbal use of Russian language, very good written and verbal use of English language. 
• 2 years’ experience in Implementation/Management/Support of Information Systems and management /maintenance of Oracle Database. 
• Good communications skills and good knowledge of the Banking - financial environment. 

Additional Qualifications

1. Good knowledge of Banking procedures and experience in Planning and Parametrization of Core Banking systems as well as knowledge of a Russian Core Banking system will be considered as an additional qualification. 
2. The possession of a postgraduate diploma in Management of Information Systems or MBA or Second Degree for Russian Universities will be considered as an additional qualification.
